Creating an ordering system for a nationwide restaurant chain

A Large Barbeque Restaurant needed to launch its new eCommerce store to automate ordering quickly and effectively in a quarter of a year, with no in-house staff to do the work.

Challenge
Convert the old eCommerce system in Magento to a decoupled architecture with integrations to delivery and payment services, plus deployment in a private cloud with REST services in graphQL and cache persistence.
Results
A team of five developers and two quality engineers along with a project manager executed a successful launch of a new web app in the custom React.js framework in less than 3 months. Just in time to reach the financial goals of early 2021.
